Cancellation Policy

To cancel your scheduled appointment, a 24-hour notice is required so as to fill the available time. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. “No-Shows” will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. We reserve the right to refuse late arrivals.

Appointment Confirmations

We will generally call you 1-2 days in advance of your scheduled appointment to confirm your reservation. If you are unable to accept the call, a message will be left for you. Unless we hear from you, we will consider the appointment confirmed.

Arrive in Good Time

First-time clients should arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment to complete the paperwork.

Service & Product Guarantee

We offer a 100% guarantee on all services within ten days. Products can be returned within 30 days after purchase for full store credit.

Corrective color usually requires more than one service to achieve desired results. Stylists will determine all guarantees. Because of the nature of home color products, we cannot guarantee color services if the client has previously had color done outside of our salon.
